After downloading the webinar, the default video play, Windows Media Player, launches then says it cannot play the file due to missing video codecs file. Anyone have a suggestion around this?

After downloading the webinar, the default video play, Windows Media Player, launches then says it cannot play the file due to missing video codecs file. Anyone have a suggestion around this?
